Program Taping Policy The Connecticut Valley Adventist Church will strictly adhere to the policies given by the producers of the satellite programming we receive. Typically, programs are allowed to be taped to produce a "Master Copy" for the church, and one copy for loaning purposes. Copies for private use will not be made from either the Master or Loan tapes. When feasible every effort will be made to inform the congregation of the proper method to obtain private copies of desired programs. This is done to protect the "intellectual property" of the producers and various artists who may perform or have work displayed. Their royalty fees can be paid only as copies are purchased through the designated channels. Policy adopted fall 1998
