Non-cash Gift
Policy Ref: Memorandum from SNEC Association, dated 27 Sept 1993 The Connecticut Valley Adventist Church deeply appreciates the gifts she receives. In regard to non-monetary gifts receipts will be issued, but no dollar value will be included on the receipt. The task of placing a monetary value on the non-monetary gift will be the responsibility of the giver should he or she claim the gift on their tax return. This policy is informed by Internal Revenue Service rules and the Southern New England Conference Association policy. Policy adopted 21 February 2000
